No more raiding broadcasting houses by Kenyan government

The Kenyan government has amended the communications act which deletes a clause that allowed the government to raid broadcasting stations. They no longer have the power to control content on TV and radio.


Will this really happen in practice?

I doubt that the happy slapper Lucy will pay any attention to the amendments in this bill.
